Promover el uso de software libre en la comunidad estudiantil del Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, mediante actividades extracurriculares de interés interdisciplinario.Objetivos Específicos
- Concientizar a la población estudiantil sobre el uso de tecnologías libres, como herramienta en su desarrollo profesional.
- Extender el uso de software libre en la formación de profesionales de las diferentes disciplinas.
- Informar a las personas sobre mitos y verdades en cuanto al software libre.
- Desarrollar una visión de negocio alternativa basada en Open Source, donde el valor se encuentra en el conocimiento de uso y la noción de servicio de alta calidad, no en la licencia.
